20年近く悩んできた花粉症アレルギーが今年は大丈夫、治っちゃったよ～♬
やったー！

マスクなしで春の香りを思いっ切り吸い込んで楽しんでますっ。。♡

春が大好きになったよ♡

毎日愛情込めて手造り味噌のお味噌汁飲んで玄米おむすび結んでいます☆

おやつは麻の実殻付き入りの玄米を炒って醤油で味付けしたせんべい「釈迦米」♬
これがまたホントに美味しい！ オススメ！少し硬いけど奥歯でしっかり噛む事が、丈夫な肉体と精神を創ってくれる大切な事だと想う。

正食のいいなと想うところはまず、

＊美味しい (おふくろの味だから心もお腹も落ち着く)

＊お金がかからない。

＊お菜を作らないでいい。毎日のメニューに悩まず、買い物にも行かなくていい。　(1、2週間に一回程度。なので自分の時間が出来る。)

＊ゴミがでない。地球に優しい♡

＊病気にならない。(難病も治る！)

私にとってはメリットしかなくデメリットがないので毎日続けていける♬

日本食って本当にスゴイ！
改めて伝統食に感謝と誇りを。。☆

☆ where I put love every day and drink miso soup of the handmade miso and tie up an unpolished rice rice ball to

Rice cracker "Buddha rice" ♬ this which the snacks parch hempseed unshelled unpolished rice and seasoned with soy sauce is really delicious again! Recommendation! Though I am slightly obstinate, I yearn when it is that is important that it make the strong body and mind to chew with a back tooth well.

The place to yearn for when is good of the original meal at first,

＊Delicious! I do not get tired of even every meal strangely.
(because it is the taste of Momma, both the heart and the stomach are settled down)

＊It does not cost money.

＊You do not need to cook a side dish. You do not need to go for shopping without being troubled with an everyday menu either. (for one or two weeks around one time.) So there is one's time;).

＊Garbage does not appear. ♡ which is kind to the earth

＊I do not get sick. (the intractable disease is cured, too!)

which I can continue every day because there is only a merit for me, and there is not a demerit

Japanese foods are really great!
Some other time to traditional foods thanks and a pride. .☆
